meet our team

Our team at The Keep/Watch Project is dedicated to preventing suicide by providing support and resources to those in need.

Project Director

Holle Tubbs

Holle (she/her) is a writer, speaker, and formation professional who has worked across children’s, youth, young adult, and family ministries since 2003. She is passionate about discipleship, leadership development, and cultivating belonging in faith-based organizations. After growing up in the Southern Baptist tradition and working in nondenominational pastoral ministry, she now serves as a Missioner in The Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta and oversees its ministry to young people.

Following the tragic loss of two students and a clergyperson in the Diocese of Atlanta, and informed by Holle's own experiences with suicidality, mental health crises, and pastoral ministry, Keep/Watch began as a writing project. The Keep/Watch Workbook, a resource for churches in responding to suicide, was the result. Authored by Holle and Dr. Mary Chase Mize, it has since developed into a series of trainings, workshops, and resources for churches, schools, communities, and families.

Project Clinician
